Return & Refund

Please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms mentioned below

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@jefgift.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Please be informed that:

1. Time limit for accepting returns
Items can be return/exchange and get a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you.

2. Eligibility for returns and refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.Return and exchange process
To start a return, please send us an email to support@jefgift.com and include the following information (this is a must):
a)Order number
b)Video/ photo of the defective product
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.



Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@jefgift.com.

If your credit card is no longer active, refunds will go to the bank that issued your card. Contact the bank to recover funds.
